The Story

When I was in high school, I had an idea for a business revolving around $5 dollar unlimited pancakes.

What form would it take? I did not know. But I have always been a history buff, specifically interested in the Victorian Age. Whether it be the writings of Oscar Wilde, the mansions of the Vanderbilts, or - more recently - shows and movies such as Bridgerton. I have used this interest as a foundation for our interior design at the Pancake Parlor.

Most places that are cheap eats (chipotle, shake shack, etc) have an extremely sterile and almost industrial dining experience. I’m looking to turn that on its head - by giving a high end, lavish, glamorous, yet affordable, dining experience to our guests. And drinks!

Think champagne taste on a beer budget!

This is an idea I am personally testing out - to see if it is a good idea, something people would want and would like to return to. In the future - I would be interested in doing more of these pop-ups, and potentially private events such as bachelorette parties and/or baby showers.

We are a female-owned business and not related to any type of MLM or bigger corporation.
